HR Support are excited to be working on a truly unique and fascinating L&D Senior Coaching role for someone who will focus on the learning and development, and business coaching needs exclusively across the senior management, directors, and partners of this dynamic international law firm.
Unlike traditional L&D roles, this is not coordinating and facilitating training using external providers, but a truly business partnering role that will see you becoming the trusted confidante and personal coach to the most senior members of the business – not just in London but globally.
What they need is a credible, confident and engaging L&D and Coaching professional who has experience leading on L&D programmes key internal stakeholders at a senior level.
It is essential that you have a coaching qualification from an accredited organisation as well as a minimum of five years’ coaching experience at this level.
Experience in providing learning solutions and strategies in a large multi-stakeholder global business, ideally within Professional Services or Financial Services is strongly desired, but not essential.
It is important to note though, that this a part-time role, so the listed salary is the full time equivalent. They are looking for someone to work four days per week, but are also hybrid, so this would ideally be 2 days in the office, 2 days from home – but they are very flexible as to which days.
For more information on this role, a detailed job spec, or to be considered, please reach out to John Bruce or Mark Lawrence ASAP.
