We are seeking an experienced Patent Secretary / Patent Administrator to join a busy and supportive professional services environment. This position is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in the London office 3 days per week remotely.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive secretarial, PA and administrative support to an assigned small group of fee earners of mixed seniority, playing a key role in maintaining efficient workflows and high client service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and day-to-day priorities
Monitoring deadlines and prompt schedules using internal systems
Liaising professionally with clients, attorneys and external bodies
Supporting billing, file management and general administrative processes
Assisting with projects and providing cover for colleagues when required
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience providing support to Patent Attorneys either as an IP Administrator or Patent Administrator or Patent Secretary.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
Comfortable using document management systems and Microsoft Office
