    We are currently working with a well established law firm in Manchester who are looking for a Litigation paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.

    You will be supporting partners and associates on a variety of litigious matters.

    Your duties will include but are not limited to:

    • Assisting with civil procedures,
    • Dealing with county court claims,
    • Dealing with debt recovery matters,
    • Liaising with brief counsel.

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC.

    It is essential you have a minimum of a years’ experience as a litigation paralegal in a similar setting. 

    It is highly desirable if you have previous experience in mortgage possession claims and landlord and tenant work.
