We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Billing Assistant to support this busy Finance team. This role involves a mix of billing, accounts receivable and general finance administration, working closely with partners, colleagues and external suppliers.
Key duties include preparing and finalising client invoices (including e-billing), processing payments and expenses, handling disbursements, reconciling accounts, and responding to finance-related queries. You will also assist with client and matter set-up and other ad-hoc finance tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong billing and finance administration experience, ideally within a law firm, attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach to work.
