This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high-level of support across a broad range of graduate recruiting activities.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing admin tasks relating to campus-based recruitment activities, such as law fair bookings, associated travel/accommodation, and marketing materials.
Assisting with the organisation of Open Days.
Maintaining online marketing and social media posts relating to graduate recruitment efforts.
Supporting with the effective handling and processing of candidate applications
Monitoring candidates through each stage of the selection process.
Organising Assessment Days to include tasks such as room bookings, and interview scheduling.
Collating feedback following interviews.
Working with the HR team to manage the onboarding process for attendees
Assisting with the running of Vacation Schemes.
Responding to graduate recruitment related queries (internally and externally).
