I have worked in recruitment for over 30 years', first joining the Law Support Group in 2016, and rejoining them after a break in 2025 to launch our HR Support Division. HR recruitment has always been core to my role, and I have built relationships lasting decades with HR professionals that have become clients, and clients that have become candidates, often multiple times! 

For me the most important part of what I do is building these relationships, the faith and understanding that enables me to be a trusted advisor, whether that's getting someone their next role or helping them grow their team. 

Outside of work, I'm an enthusiastic (albeit not necessarily skilled) squash player, love hiking in Epping Forest with our family dog, and in general am a bit of a nerd!
