Our client is a growing and ambitious mid-sized law firm based near London Bridge in the City. They operate hybrid working (3 days in the office) and have an incredibly supportive and relaxed Recruitment and HR team.
They are looking for someone to come on board to directly support their Recruitment Manager.
Although it is a recruitment, not HR, role, it will be quite a broad one, not just dealing with the recruitment admin and coordination for experienced hires, but also helping with Early Careers, onboarding, and looking after the interns/work experience employees.
The firm are growing rapidly, and they expect this team to grow too, so there is potential in the future for you to develop and take on more responsibility on the recruitment side, from running projects to fully running recruitment on some roles yourself.

What they are looking for is bright, confident communicator with excellent administration skills. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years+ experience in a recruitment administration/coordination role – ideally within a law firm or similar environment, but they would consider resourcers from legal recruitment agencies looking to move inhouse.
