The Law Support Group is a dedicated legal support company who are a leading provider of legal personnel, through such services as legal staffing and document review teams, to qualified legal professionals.
The group was established in 1997 to support UK and international law firms based in the City of London with legal support staff recruitment. Since then, we have gradually grown to become one of the industry’s most successful and reliable legal recruitment firms who now supply experienced legal staff to law firms across the globe. With nearly twenty years’ experience, the Law Support Group are unsurpassed in our knowledge of the legal market and in-house legal departments.
The Law Support Group has now grown to a team of nineteen, each consultant providing expertise in one of the following areas: Finance, Secretarial, Human Resources, Facilities, Marketing, IT, Translation, Education and Paralegal/Fee-Earners. Within these fields we offer a range of solutions from Permanent, Fixed Term Contract to Temporary, from junior to senior level, resulting in a bespoke service from a niche legal consultancy. We are also an accredited corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), having continually satisfied the criteria required to belong to the industry regulator.
The staff of the Law Support Group have between them many years of legal recruitment experience, as a result, our consultants benefit from expert knowledge of the legal market. This together with our decision to take a more consultative stance has defined our code of practice, which over time has proven itself, as demonstrated by our consistent success and long term staff retention ratio.
